What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check and credit/debit cards are accepted. Note: Credit/debit cards may incur a processing/convenience fee of ~3%.
Will you provide a service not specifically listed or advertised?
Simple Answer: Yes! This strongly depends on what the service request or order is. Know that if it is not a service or product that we can currently provide we will share that knowledge and refer when possible. We are very self aware, transparent and open about what we have done and can do.
Can you recreate a handmade gift, party favor or decoration item from a picture?
Simple response: Yes! It is highly possible we can and will. JUST ASK!!! 😉
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes! Out of courtesy, whenever possible we ask for at least 24 hours notice in the case of need to cancel. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50-100% of the service charge. Reschedules are encouraged for same day bookings if cancellation need arises for life support services.
Will you travel outside of the 20 mile radius mentioned for mobile service?
Yes! It is highly possible we will for an additional fee of ~$1/mile depending on service requested.
