Lady Friday was energized by the lives of individuals and clients associated with the Exhale Spa Escapes brand of Exhale Incorporated in particular.  As a licensed massage therapist, yoga guide and wholistic wellness coach I’ve crossed paths with many who were seeking stress relief and relaxation (a specialty of mine).  Through these roles, I’ve determined that mindset and lifestyle contribute to the negative effects of excessive distress.  After several years and a little bit of encouragement, I’ve decided to branch out further to offer a broader variety of services to my clients that would ultimately compliment and support their efforts in successfully experiencing their desired reality in a wholistic way. 

With continuous affirmations and confirmations that I am innately a “Jill of all trades”  and do more than decently well in all aspects that deal will the use of my hands, my creative abilities and my mind’s automatic tendency to find ways to efficiently and effectively do anything (from changing a flat tire to reupholstering a dining room chair and beyond), I am encouraged to embark on this venture to further support the wholistically healthy and optimally well lives of others.
